Made to order delivery
Our usual lead time is 7-8 weeks, however with our first launch falling close to Christmas, when our suppliers close, we will have a longer delivery date for batch one.
Orders placed in November will be delivered in January.
Orders placed in December will be delivered in February.
We currently ship within the UK and Internationally. You will receive notification once your item has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
UK orders- FREE- DPD or Royal Mail
EU orders- £15.00- DPD
Asia-Pacific- £25.00- DPD or partner courier.
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship to the US.
International Customers
All prices shown include UK VAT. If you’re based outside the UK, please contact us for a code to remove VAT at checkout (we’re in the process of streamlining this).
Kindly note, your order may be subject to local import duties or taxes upon arrival.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Every Juilor piece is made to order to reduce overproduction. This means upon your order, the piece is then crafted specially for you by our team of jewellers.
For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty. So please take careful consideration before purchasing.
We encourage you to reach out before placing your order- we’re here to answer any questions to ensure you feel confident in your purchase.
If your item is faulty within warranty we can repair, replace or refund your order. We offer a 12 month warranty on all our jewellery.
This does not include general wear and tear. After warranty, repairs will be estimated on an individual basis.
We encourage you to visit our jewellery care page for more information on how to prolong the life of your Juilor piece.
All chains are covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of delivery. If your chain becomes faulty within this time, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
If your piece arrives faulty, please notify us as soon as possible. Faulty items must be returned to us within 7 days. A replacement or refund will be offered. If you would like a refund, we will issue this within 5 days.
To return a faulty item, please reach out to us. Kindly note we are unable to cover the cost of returns.
Ring Sizing Policy
Please take care when selecting your ring size, as each piece is made to order in your chosen size. Rings cannot be exchanged for a new size; however, we offer a resize service of up to two sizes up or down for a flat rate of £35.00.
We’re happy to guide you through the process- just get in touch before ordering and we’ll support you however we can.
We will cover the cost of shipping within the UK only. For both UK and International ring resizing, please get in touch.
