Materials

We use 100% recycled gold and silver across all of our pieces.

These materials allow us to create pieces designed not just to last, but to live on.

Gold is a permanent material. It doesn’t rust or tarnish, and it can be melted down and re-shaped endlessly.

It’s this regenerative quality that makes it one of the most fascinating metals to work with and one of the most meaningful to wear.

We encourage you to read Hannah’s guide to jewellery care- a considered resource to help your piece wear

beautifully for years to come. While every Juilor design is crafted to last, its longevity

is shaped by how it’s lived with, worn and cared for.

Every Juilor collection is crafted in small batches and made to order- a conscious decision to reduce over production.

Our in-house Collection is cast using the lost wax casting process and finished by us in our jewellery studio near Glasgow, Scotland.

It’s a deliberately slow and collaborative process and it allows us to hold the standard we’re committed to.

Hallmarking

All of our gold and silver pieces are hallmarked by the Edinburgh Assay Office, one of the four official UK institutions

trusted to guarantee metal purity. You’ll find both the Edinburgh stamp and our official maker’s mark ‘JL’ on your

piece- a quiet assurance of quality, authenticity and craftsmanship.
