Bespoke is about creating something deeply personal- a piece that holds meaning beyond form alone.

Whether it’s designing a one-of-a-kind ring, creating a piece to mark a milestone or re-imagining heirloom jewellery, the process is slow, intentional and collaborative.

Bespoke & Custom

Bespoke Jewellery is the creation of an entirely new design from the ground up.
This process begins with a blank page and a conversation. The piece is designed specifically for you and may be inspired by our in-house aesthetic. Bespoke work is collaborative and highly considered, with Hannah leading the design process from initial sketch through to completion.

Customisation, on the other hand, is the adaptation of an existing Juilor design.
This might include altering the metal choice, adding a diamond or changing the shape or type of gemstone while keeping the original form and design language intact.

Re-imagine Jewellery

Re-imagining inherited or old jewellery is a way of carrying the past forward- honouring the sentiment while creating something you can truly live with. A thoughtful option for those who wish to reuse meaningful materials in a new piece that better reflects their style.

We can carefully re-work sentimental gold and gemstones into a new piece that reflects our in-house aesthetic: considered, tactile and designed to last.

You also have the option to trade in your old gold for credit. This can be put towards anything from our Collections, allowing the material to be recycled and given new life, while supporting your next investment.

The Process.

1. Initial Consultation
We start by meeting to discuss your ideas.

If you’re unsure where to begin, Hannah will guide you toward shapes, materials and approaches that suit both your needs and your style.

Consultations are currently held virtually, offering a flexible and considered starting point for bespoke work.

2. Design & Sourcing
If gemstones are part of the design, these are carefully sourced at this stage. From there, initial sketches are created based on everything discussed.

3. Approval & Making
Once the design is approved, we can begin working on your creation.

Hannah handles each phase of our making process including finishing & setting from her Scottish Studio.

4. Completion
We’ll keep in touch with updates throughout the process before finishing your jewellery.

Our bespoke, custom or re-working process typically takes 8–12 weeks.
